Checklist

• That you can be away for a total of three working days (first trip, you need to stay overnight. This is because it can take a day for your new Estonian ID-code to be registered and we can visit the immigration office to order your new Estonian ID card).
• To arrange your own transportation to and from airport in London.
• To bring your passport with you.
• To decide if your debit card (MasterCard), which is connected to company account and the debit card (MasterCard) which is connected to your personal account should to be extradited by Swedbank in Estonia according to one of the options below.

(Note: you can also pick up the company's debit card in connection with the application for your personal debit card, trip No. 2, if you like) 

Alt 1.
Representative from myCompany pick up your cards and sends the cards free of charge to you.
Alt 2.
That you pick up your card at a later visit to Tallinn.  

Payment

After ordering you will receive two invoices. The first invoice (order fee, 1000 EUR *) must be paid immediately.
Once we receive your order fee, we prepare your new company, as well as booking and paying tickets for your flights. When preparations are complete we will send you a confirmation with the date and time of your first visit to Tallinn.
We will send your tickets by post to you al.t you will pick them up at the airport.

The second invoice (final payment, 3000 EUR *), you pay in cash in Tallinn after delivery of the company.

Payments may also be made in other currency, if there is agreement about it (contact us if you want to pay in another currency)  

Additional Information

The company that you will own in Estonia is a private company (in Estonia called Oü). Company's share capital is inserted, 2500 Euro . The share capital is then taken out from the company. The company will have a company account with internet banking and telephone banking in Swedbank in Estonia. The company will also have a debit card that is connected to the company account in Swedbank (Mastercard). 

Application for VAT registration is included. VAT number is issued by the Estonian tax authorities after the company has proved that business started. That the company should have incoming / outgoing invoices and movements on the company account, but it is not 100% required from the tax authorities.

The company will have a company address in Tallinn (c/o myCompany) for six months and postal service to your private adress (post is sent continuously) and 1 hour counseling per mounth.  

After six months, the company can continue to hold the company address (c/o myCompany) and postal service and counseling, for a fee. 

You will get a personal registered address in Estonia. 

Company document is your property after payment has been done.

Important

To just pay tax in Estonia, you need to write you out from your present tax registration.
For more information about how it works you need to check on your tax authority's website but in brief it works like this:

• You need to fill out a form from the tax authority about moving abroad.
• You need to have stronger ties to Estonia than you have to your country. (eg owning a company in Estonia and have earned income and a registered private address address in Estonia).

You can not...

• …be married to a man or woman who is registered in your country.
• …have children that you custody for and who are registered in your country.
• …be the owner of a company in your country.

You can...

• …be divorced to a man or woman who is registered in your country
• ...have children that you do not have custody of.
• ...have children who are of age and registered at a different address than you are in your country.
• ...have a company in Estonia, which owns a company in your country.
• …have board assignments in a company in your country.
• …own property in your country if you have a stronger economic links with Estonia (eg owning a company in Estonia and have earned income and registered personal address in Estonia).
• …visit your country any time.

Step by step

On this page we illustrate with pictures how it works and what will happen when you arrive in Tallinn. 

	1. Arrival at Tallinn airport (Trip 1) Hello and welcome! We will meet you at the arrivals hall at Tallinn. You easily identifie us, we have a sign with your name on. When we met, we go out to the car and go to the registrar.
	2. The Registrar (Trip 1) Here we register the necessary private address for you in Estonia. myCompany has already arranged an address and make sure that all documents are ready for registration. Here you present your passport, and you are given your new Estonian ID-code number latest the following day.  When we are ready, we go to the notary.
	3. At the Notary (Trip 1) Here will your new estonian company be registered (registration code, name and address) and transferred to you. You will in relation to this sign company documents and show your passport When we are ready, we go to the bank.
	4. At the bank, Swedbank (Trip 1) Here we help you with application forms and contact with bank officials to open your company account. Here you will show your new company documents and your passport to open the Company Account, Internet Bank,Telephone Bank or order the debit card (MasterCard).  The debit card will be connected to your new company account, but are not delivered immediately because it takes a few days to manufacture. For the delivery of the debit card, you can choose to pick up the card yourself when you visit Tallinn on your next trip (Trip 2), or that myCompany retrieves the debit card in Tallinn (with a power of attorney made out in the bank) and sends the card free of charge to you.. When we are done we will have lunch..
	5. Lunch (Trip 1) Now we have lunch in peace and quiet and go through all documents that you have acquired during the day. We also take the opportunity to review your business planning and answer any questions you may have.  This was the final step for a functional company and you make after this your final payment to us.. Now we transport you to the hotel you have chosen to stay, and come and pick you up at the hotel the next day. Have a nice evening in Tallinn and see you tomorrow!
	6. DAY 2, The Migration Office (Trip 1) Here we will help you to order your new Estonian ID card. Here you present your passport and taking photos for your new ID card. Your new Estonian ID card is then ready for pick-up in approximately 2-3 weeks (Trip 2). The Migration office is the final stop for you this trip, so now we transport you back to the airport or ferry terminal for the trip home. .
	7. DAY 2, Returning from the airport or ferry terminal (Trip 1) Then your company is ready, and your new Estonian ID card is ordered. You now have a working Estonian company that you can start to do business in. We wish you a pleasant journey home and we see you in a few weeks!
	1. Arrival at Tallinn airport (Trip 2) Hello and welcome back to Tallinn! We will meet you at the arrivals hall at Tallinn. You easily identifie us this time also, we have a sign with your name on.  When we met, we go out to the car and go to the Migration office.
	2. The Migration Office (Trip 2) Your new Estonian ld card is now ready and waiting for you to pick it up.  Your Estonian ID-code is printed on the ld-card, which you get in your hand during this visit at the Migration office.  When we are ready, we go to the bank.
	3. At the bank, Swedbank (Trip 2) Here we help you with application forms and contact with bank officials to openyour personal account. Here you shall show your new Estonian ID card to openthe account, internet bank, phone bank and order a MasterCard.  The debit card will be connected to your new personal account, but is not delivered immediately because it takes a few days to manufacture. For delivery of the debit card, you can choose to pick up the card yourself when you visit Tallinn at a later date or that myCompany retrieves the debit card in Tallinn (with a power of attorney made out in the bank) and sends the card free of charge to you.
	4.Returning from the airport or ferry terminal (Trip 2) Then everything is ready.  You now have a working company, registered address, a private bank account and ID-code and Estonian ID card. You can take a salary from your Estonian company, and pay taxes only in Estonia, if you want to…  NOTE!
