How it works

COMPANY WITH VAT NUMBER

• The company submits all incoming/outgoing invoices and receipts once a month after end of the month (eg, the 5th of following month).
• The company shall take account statement from the company's bank account via the Internet bank and enclose it with the other documents.
• On the bank account statement, all transactions should be included as occurred in the past month.
• The account statement you will take out through your Internet bank (Swedbank), under Account statement and select the period is correct.
• The bank account statement, you take out as a PDF file.

COMPANY WITHOUT VAT NUMBER

• The company submits all incoming/outgoing invoices and receipts at least once a year.
• The company shall take account statement from the company's bank account via the Internet bank and enclose it with the other documents.
• On the bank account statement, all transactions should be included as occurred in the past 12 months.
• The account statement you will take out through your Internet bank (Swedbank), under Account statement and select the period is correct.
• The bank account statement, you take out as a PDF file.

OTHER INFO

• For more than 40 transactions per month will be added 1 Euro per transaction.
• Annual report starts at 250 Euros for a company with very limited activity. NOTE! Annual report are included if you have current accounts.
